Pipette Filler Pumps are tools for secure and efficient aspiration and dispensation of liquids. These pumps confer precise liquid transfer through managed suction and expulsion during pipetting, cutting down on hand fatigue and providing precise measurements.
Pipette filler Pump is a fast release pipetting device for precise pipetting & zip quick emptying. The knurled thumbwheel can be rotated to draw up or dispense liquids while the releaser may be pushed in for zip-quick emptying. The moulded chuck has a silicone rubber collet inside to hold various pipettes of standard sizes. It resists acids & alkalis and can be easily disassembled for thorough cleaning.

Maintenance
(1)Pull out the plastic pin and remove the knurled wheel.
(2) Withdraw piston and/or piston seal.
(3)Grease piston seal
(4)Re-assemble in reverse order
WARNING:
Care should be taken when inserting disposable glass pipettes because of the possibility of shattering.
To loosen the pipette, pull gently.
To maintain good sealing and free action of the piston,it is recommended that the piston seal be lubricated from time to time with silicone grease.
