Can we make purchase at your shop/warehouse?

Yes, You can make purchases at our warehouse. Please note we do not accept cash. Payment must be made by EFT/Bank Transfer, Paypal or instore EFTPOS. You are requested to pre-arrange a time with us.

Please Note:If any Item purchased required EUD must agree to fill up the form with required valid identification. 

Can we visit your shop on weekend or outside business hours?

Yes, we can accommodate your request for outside hour visit. Please call or email us to make an appointment. 

Do We offer Transit Insurance?

Yes, we do offer transit insurance for additional $4.00 for the purchase made under 125 (Ex.GST) during checkout (Shipping with insurance $19.95). For the purchase made over $125(Ex.GST)  transit insurance available for $14.95 (Free Shipping with Insurance).

What if you recive a damaged product?

We do take necessary care during packing a fragile product. However, for a peace of mind please make yourpurchase with insuranceoffered at checkout. Please note customer must send us email within 24 hours of the product delivered, with the image/photo of the broken item, packaging and a shipping label can be seen clearly. We will process your claim within 24 hours for the refund/replacement for the insuared product.

Do we ship orders to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

NO, WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS TO P.O. BOX OR PARCEL LOCKERS.

Do we take a customized order for glassware?

Yes, We do undertake customized laboratory glassware orders & Bulk orders.

All the items measurements described are Accurate?

No, to know exact measurements of particular product please contact us, any products measurement described or displayed on website can be approximate and not accurate (may have ±0.5% variance).

Do we accept cash?

No, we do not accept cash.

Can we purchase an item from your store over the phone?

We prefer orders placed online, however, if you are having difficulties placing an order online, please email /call/chat with us. We ensure full assistance to help you place an order.

I need my order delivered by a particular date, can you guarantee this?

We can only ensure that the order will be dispatched as soon as possible, but are not able to guarantee that an order will be delivered by a particular date.  Once the order leaves our warehouse it will be in the hands of couriers and postal services. However, you can request us for an express post at extra cost.

Do We Ship International?

Do we accept returns/exchange of customized or no-stock orders?

No, We do not accept return/exchange or refund request for any Stock  procured, ordered, imported, brought in or manufactured at the specific request of the purchaser (known as Indent Stock or Special and or Bulk items) cannot be cancelled and are not returnable for credit.

Can we pick up the item/s from your warehouse?

Yes, Local Pickup option available for free of charge. However, for pick up you must pre-arrange a time with us.
